Summary: "Very good overall condition, with restored decks, newer rigging, good sails, and summer and winter covers. Valued in the local market, but best value found Puget Sound to California." Valued, as equipped, if located in Sitka at $12,500 (our asking price),

or at $20,000 if located in Puget Sound. The replacement value is $52,000.
